What Happens after The transport # reaches DEVK<b>999999</b>

Would it start again from DEVK0<b>00001.</b>

Good question, never seen this happen, but I would bet that it would NOT start over again.

There should be number range related to TR ..

who ever maintains number range they have to reset the numbers again.

I guess you are correct ,it may be start with 000001.

The reason I say that is because the actual last number stored is in table E070L. And it does appear that there is any intelligence to row over the number.

Hi,

It will recycle the transport number DEVK000001.

It happened to us with the IDoc number range which was exhausted.

that would be very strange if a number range would start again... that means that the system tries to create entries with same numbers... resulting in a dump...

I would expect them to start over at DEVK<b>9</b>00001.
