Hi,

Before releasing a CR first and the most important point to remember is, we should check the dependencies of objects included in a CR.

For example you are trasporting a Function module, but this function module in turn is using a custom table in it. While releasing the CR for this function module you will not face any problem, but while transporting you will get error asking for Z-table. For this example the trasportation order should be like this

1) Z-Domain

2) Z-Data element

3) Z-Search helps or match code objects

4) Z-Table

5) Z-Technical setting of z-table

5) Z-Table maintenance generator

6) Z-Includes used in the function module (which you are transporting)

7) Z-Function module

So before transporting any object one need to check the dependencies of that object.

Please elaborate ur query ...

is it error during the release of the request ..OR during the transporting...

Note:Ensure that before releasing the releasing , activate all the objects .. then only u release the request.

In your experience of transportaion if you have got the error massage say suppose there is "no RFC conncetion ." like this .sytem through some errors know that i want ..

Baala,

checck if you are using any BAPI in your program and then make sure you provide all the details for the RFC connection to be enabled .

Hi Baala,

While transporting the objects u may get the error bcoz of inactive objects,if u didnt activated u may get the error while transporting.
