i) customizing requests

ii) work bench requests.

workbench request is created by the sap itself.

customising request is created by the user....sap expliciitly asks...

1) customizing requests

2) workbench Requests

u can access them through two transaction codes

se09 and se10

there r 2 types of requests:

customising r the one that will b generally created by functional people say for creating output ytpe and all,

workbench requests r the one that will b created for techinical creations.
