Transport Request Problem

Hi All,

I have transported a request of a SAPscript from DEV -> QAS.

Client copy is done successfully and tested in Testing Client.

After release of the Request the changes are NOT reflected in the Quality System.

How and Where to Find out this issue?

hi,

Check the Transport log in SE09 whether the request

is properly transported.

Hi,

Goto SE01 & click on DISPLAY

Enter the transport no & click on DIsplay

Place the cursor on transport & click on LOG

Expand the log details & check if the TR has any error.

Check TCODE : STMS in Quality system, if your transport request is imported properly

Hi,

Check the transport log file (Goto SE01 and enter the Transport no,Click LOGs button) whether the transport object has been successfully moved and also check the changes made are reflected in QA.

Hi VijayaLakshmi Krishnaswamy,

Log in to the QAS (Quality Server) through logon pad.

And Run Tcode STMS_IMPORT or STMS

Here provide the Request no which you have released in DEV server.. and import it to QAS server under desired client...

If you don't have permissions for it then ask your BASIS person to IMPORT it to QAS server and provide the Client Details on which you wanted to import the request..

Hope it will solve your problem..

Hi viji,

If u have problem while transporting script. Download script through RSTXSCRP program in dev server and upload that into QAS with the help of BASIS people.
