hi,

do we have settings in SAP,

where , when a user tries to release a request takes him to the Documentation tab where there is a template already set, and the user would put in the details regarding the transport request,

Automatically when you release the <b>task</b> it will go to documentation screen only , I am not sure if there are any settings but when i release the <b>task</b> its goting there
