I need transfer data to DataBase in Oracle,... This data base, is differente of the SAP Database,.

Wich is the best form, of do it this work ?

If your Question is like Transfer the data from SAP system to Oracle database of another system,

First download the data from SAP system by using WS_DOWNLOAD FM and save it on desktop and then go to transfer the data to ORACLE dabase, by using what are the tools avaliable .

Thank you very much, but I need transfer this data, but in one execution,..

For example: an abap program, that, down the information directly to Database Oracle,... without manual intervention

U can use SQL statements in ABAP to access tables that are not specified under the dictionary.
