Hi,

We need to know who used the userid and what they did. Is there a report that can be run showing tcodes used from when the account was setup until now?

Hi Balaji,

please use the search function in this forum. Search words could be for instance STAD, SM20.

Thank you.

There is a thread already which has almost exactly the same subject title and contains the most comprehensive answers IMO.

Cheers,

Hi Balaji,

If you want to know,

1. who used the user id? - the only way to know is from SM20 audit logs (if its already active, then only.. or else you have to activate it in SM19 for future purpose).. from SM20 you can see from which terminal the user id was used. (the terminal name is the only way to find out who used it, but if terminal name itself is anonymous, then its not possible to find out who is he)

for more information on audit logs,

2. when did they use it ? Go to SM20/SM20N, then by giving the user id, you can see from what time the user logged in and what other things that user did.

3. you can also use STAD to see what transaction was used by the user, but STAD only keeps data for some days.

hope this helps.
