try fm GRW_JOB_SUBMIT_PREPARE

       EXPORTING

            i_program_type   = 'X'

       IMPORTING
            e_subrc          = gen_subrc

      SUBMIT (program_name) VIA SELECTION-SCREEN AND RETURN.
