Transaction code F.62: print documents

Hi,

When we select a document number range of 134 documents, which need to be printed, the printer number needs to be entered each time.

This should only be filled in once.

How can we do this?

you can use set data. you write the name of printer on that particular field and go to menu status->set data. It will set printer temporarily.

I don't know where to find "status->set data".

When I am in transaction F.61 or F.62.

Can you please explain?

when u are in f.62 keep the cursor on filed where u have giver printer name. and go to menu there is second last system->user profile->set data.
