Transaction Code can't change after transporting

Hi Experts,

i have existing tcode zxx1 with program object zxx_1 in QAS. now i want change program object to zxx_2 using se93, when i'am transport from dev to qas, doesnt nothing happen and program object still same.

Does anyone have any possible insights on how I can resolve this issue?

You have to check in the transport log if the object has been excluded. It could be because somebody change the source system of the transaction to QAS.

You could force this in the STMS import option.

wouldn't the TR crash if the source system has been changed ?

no, the TR ignore the object with warning

crash is a RC12 and it is not so common

Dev Parbutteea what "crash" means for you? If you mean just an error in the log, yes it's what you get if the source system has changed or if you repaired the object in QAS. For instance, error TW104 <object> was repaired in this system. If you import with overwrite option, it will become a warning.

problem is solved, iam checking transport log , and iam found error log "object can't replace" so iam request to basis for checking all import option, in import transport request.

Hi,

did you compare your DEV and QAS versions? is that same. Please verify weather the transport is imported without any errors.

There's nothing special for the transport of this object. Do as other people say, check the transport log, compare both systems, etc.
