Hi,

I created a customization table in development server and generated Table maintenance,and created a transaction code for the table.

Then i transported the table to quality server.

Its working fine there.

But when i transported the same request to Production server,and trying to execute that transaction,a message appears like the table is not in Data Dictionary.

When i checked this on se11 the table is there but its status is as 'NEW'.

Its not active there.

Please giv me the solution for this.

hi,

Production system,end-users will not be having access to t-codes like se11 and

se16.

same in case of development aslo.

In order to edit or create the contents of a db table go to table maintaince generator.

se11 ->utilities->TMG->authorization group.

function group name.

maintainence screen no -> create button.

to check go to sm30.

there choose one step or two steps

usually we go for two steps.

try to activate directly in PROD , lets see what errors u will get ?

have u transported all requests ?

its not possible to activate in production server

Jus activate the table and make use of the same. There wont be any errors listing.
