Tracking changes to forecasts

Hello,

We want to track changes made to forecasts in SAP Business One 10.0. I've been asked if I can make a query so we can see all changes made in the month, but as I am new to SAP I am unsure if this is even possible or what tables I would need to look at.

Can anyone help please?
