tp error during spam update

Hi,

I got an error during spam update. The version is ECC 6.0. It got terminated during the phase IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST. how it can rectified.

Pls help me in resolving the issue.

See if any of the below helps: -

1) Try to update the TP version of the software

2) Check the tablespace and increase it if needed

3) Check if there are any dependencies to your Support Pack

Hi,

the error occurred during the updation of spam. iam trying to update the spam version from 21 to 24. it terminated during the phase IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST.

can u suggest a resolution to this error.

What does the import log say?

Is there a dump in ST22?

What was the error?

Hi,

ERROR: No connect due to DbSl Load Lib Failure

ERROR: environment variable DIR_LIBRARY is not set.

ERROR: Connect to DEV failed (20071118181034).

This is the error i got when i checked the tp log

can any one suggest a resolution?
