Hi,

I am trying to create a Table Maintenance generator for a ztable but while doing TMG it is giving me message "Maintenance Object description has no Transportable package".Can anyone here please let me know where I am going wrong.

I already have two ztables which have TMG.I am trying to use the same Fun Grp for this newly created Ztable for which I have to generate TMG,but due to that above mentioned message I was not able to do.

Thanks,

Which pakage you are trying to use for storing the maintainance objects, check if this is the one you are supposed to use. otherwise BASIS team would be able to help you.

SE80 - Packages - give package name - under Transport layer check where layer is pointing to probably someone might have done changes here.

Shital,

The problem is initially I had created the table with $Tmp and later on assigned a package. Is that the reason why I am getting that message.Where can I check Maintenance Objects and its Package.

Thanks,

Ignore the previous threads.

I had generated the table Maintenance and assigned it to a tcode but when I give the tcode it is taking me to SM30 with two check boxes under the buttons DISPLAY MAINTAIN and TRANSPORT of SM30.

1.I want to skip this screen

2.Why these checkboxes are showing up ?

While creating the tcode I had ticketed the SKIP INITIAL SCREEN and in the DEFAULT VALUES I gave VIEWNAME Ztable and Update-X.I tried leaving DEFAULT VALUES blank (at SE93) but in vain.

Kindly let me know where I am going wrong.

K.Kiran.
