Timestamp As Selection Criteria

Hello,

When I enter a date only into the timestamp selection field, in the code the timestamp has 050000 as the time. However, on the screen it shows 00:00:00. My current sy-uzeit is 152249 and sy-timlo is 92249. My user profile timezone is EST and the system timezone is CET

So, where did this 050000 come from? And should this be handled?

Impossible to tell you why without knowledge of the executed ABAP code. Nethertheless, it looks like the UTC timestamp (00:00:00 EST -> 05:00:00 UTC i.e. + 5 hours).
