I am getting an error message saying time stamp error. U people please help me on my doubts.

1 what is time stamp error? ***why will it occur?

2. What should we do to resolve this error?

this is the message i am getting.

Data Source 0VENDOR_ATTR has to be replicated(Time stamp, see longtext) error code is 16.

I had replicated the data source now the load is in progress now. But i just want to know why will this kind of error occurs i mean what are the factors affecting, Kindly help me in this regard.

I have one more doubt. what happens in the background when we reactivate the transfer structure. I mean what thing is corrected when the transfer structure is activated. exactly what is the reason behind this error. please make me understand this, I want to know everything about this. Please help me.

Hi,

This could be because of some system error. While you re activate the structure, it will reactivate all the structure/ tablee where this structure was used. So the problem will be solved.

Is this related to DDIC changes?

If so, some times the changes to a Data elements may not get reflected in DDIC tables. Then you have to re activate the tables and the problem will get solved.
