Hello Gurus,

In real time, what is the terminology used to prioritize the tickets / objects ?

Whose job is that ( functional or techinal lead) ?

Thanks

Suresh

Ticket is nothing but a problem/difficulty faced by the end user.

They will raise that through a medium/tool ex: Remedy

The tickets we get in general will be priority based, High priority, Medium priority and Low priority.

There will be timelines for the tickets they are called SLAs = Service Level Agreements. Tickets should be solved within the timeframe.

Ex : High priority - 2hrs

Medium - 8hrs

Low - 2 days
