textedit ui element in Dynpro

HI

I have designed textedit ui element in my dyn pro application view.

i have designed, user to call dyn pro application view from portal. input the text and save it.

this is working for all users except one user since two days. i mirror copied erroneous user ID to new and new is working but not the old.

kind of exahusted while checking for culprit. does anyone got suggestion for me?

Does the entries in USR05 are the same for the two user ID ?

Thank you Fred & Yakub. those were the first things i have checked.

Issue resolved, its funny though

user accidently personalized the settings in application(browser).  Solved by following action

position the cursor on any UI element in browser->right click->user settings->invisible elements->restore the hidden elements
