text not appearing

i have made a smartform and a program which converts smartform into pdf but when i execute this program in production server one of the text is not appearing.while in test and developement it is coming correctly...plz help..ankita

Hi,

May that text was created from the SO10 (standard text ) and not moved to Production

and also look into the text elements tranports are not moved.

please look into that.

Hi Ankita,

Is it a standard text or text related to a document included in the smartform.

Or is it some hardcoded text in smartform?

It may be that for the particular document text is not appearing because it may not be existing.

Please check and revert.

ya,i have hard coded the text.it is appearing in smartform but when it is not appearing in pdf format.

check whether any other field' empty space is overwriting the non-displaying field. if so condense the value of the field or adjust the postion's of the fields

1. Check for the existence of Standard text in the production if you are using in the smartform.

2. Check is there any conditions in the Text Element which might be failing.

Pleae check whether the standard text has been transported correctly or not,

compare the TR in both development and production .
