Bala,

I assume you need delivery mapping. Check the below link for the mapping fields for that. Using that probably you can prepare your file. I believe you have access to service.sap.com for getting this file. If not let me know.

Sir,, If any steps for transferring EDI(flat file) into SAP , means please send that too.

For that only i am Asking this doubts and all, else say the steps for transferring Sir,

here the flat file is in EDI format ( ANSIX12) 830 message DELFOR. ie., delivery schedule. this flat file is to be transferred into SAP.

please say how to transfer this Sir , i needed your guidance,

I've sent data mapping sheets to your id mentioned. I believe using that you can prepare the file for DELFOR.

Hi Bala,

It is possible to generate IDoc in XML format file.

You need to maintain file port for XML (t/code WE21) and ensure the partner profile (t/code WE20) output pointed to XML file port.

In this case, when IDoc generated SAP system will take care all conversion format.

This could be applied for inbound process as well (SAP receives XML file from external system/SAP).
