templete Or table in smartform

I need to print this in smart form…

Where I printed ‘  – ‘ we need to get the data From data base…

Plz help me  …. I didn’t work on templetes….

Is this process related to Templete or table…?

hi,

Use Template if you know the no. of entries,

Like a single entry go for template.

If the entries are dynamic then you have to use table.

but i dnt know hw to create templete...can send me any link which has the step by step procedure..
