In BW systems what is difference between Technical spec.s & Functional spec.s

What Fun.l Spec.s exactly contains. What Tec.l Spec.s exactly contains?

If u will become a T.L WHAT ALL objects u will mention in Tec.l Spec.s? Tell me few objects in ur tech.l Spec.s?(Its my interv ques, its related to real time).
