TCODE Usage Rate

Hi all,

I want to measure the usage of Z TCODEs. For example, for ZAAAA usage count per day or per week. So i aim to learn which TCODE's are important for us?

How can i learn this?

Hi,

You can get this information from BASIS team. They have the log of which user is using what t-code at what time.

Hello,

If you want for a day or a week or a month, you can go for STAD. (If i remember correctly STAD holds data for the last 30 days)

If it is more than 30 days, you can opt for SM20 / SM20N. But prior to this proper configuration needs to be maintained in SM19.

You can try transaction ST03, press F2, then choose the period of time for your analysis (in dialog boxes that appear), then click button "Transaction profile".

You can see statistics for each transaction that have been run, I think there's no counter specifying how many times each one was invoked but instead there's the counter of dialog steps performed by each t-code, and some other measurements like response time, etc.
