It is IW31 to create

iw32 to change

iw33 to display.

For individual processing: KO88

For collective processing: KO8G

Both can be found also via the path: SAP Easy Access -> Accounting -> Controlling -> Internal Orders -> Period-End Closing -> Single Functions -> Settlement.
