Hi,

May i know which tables are updated while attaching an image to an invoice dcoument.

You can use a sequel trace using transaction ST05. Turn on the trace and then execute the transaction as you normally would. Turn off the trace and view the trace log. The list of tables hit will be displayed in the trace.
