Hi Jayanthumer,
Have you Activated (Ctrl + F3) the Table in SE11 before transporting to Quality server ?
Try to activate (Ctrl + F3) the table in SE11 of your Quality server...
It may not be imported properly into Quality server...
Ask to BASIS person about errors/warnings while importing to Quality Server..
Also activate all dataelement and domains.... make sure all things are active...
Once you activate it then it will create the table in database... till then there will be no table in database...
Hope it will solve your problem..
Thanks & Regards

Did you change the data type of your data element that is used in your Z table or did you change the table itself? It looks like you just changed the data element and moved it to Q, but the transport that has your table definition itself is not in Q yet or your table is still a local object. Go to Utilities>Versions>Version Management and see if there is a transport and look at its log.

Hi ,
Try out the following:
Repackage your transport request and ensure you have all the objects created for the Z table inluded in the transport request (E.g. Domain, data elements, etc)
Ensure your activated version of tableis included in the TR as well
before transporting from Se10, check if the TR has some inconsitency ( Request / task - > Complete Check - > Check request consistency )
Once we are good with this, have the TR transported and check the transport log if its correctlky imported in Quality system.
If after all the above steps, we still afce any issues, we would need Basis intervention.
Cheers,
Varna
