Hi

After generating it, u'll be able to fill the table by trx SM30.

To generate it you need to assign a function group, after assigning it the system generate the program automatically.

hi max i want to know how to make a table generater. i have made a ztable that i want to use it in my prog. now i want to get a grid layout of it so that the client can maintain it automatically.

Hi,

go to se11 check table maintanance check box under

attributes tab

utilities-table maintanance Generator->

create function group and assign it under

function group input box.

also assign authorization group default &NC& .

select standard recording routine radio in table

table mainitainence generator to move table

contents to quality and production by assigning

it to request.

select maintaience type as single step.

maintainence screen as system generated numbers

this dialog box appears when you click on create

button

save and activate table

Also, note that at this level , you cannot set fields as mandatory!

i.e. Through se30 , you will be able to insert records with blank key fields also.
