Table Maintenance Generator Blank Screen!

I have created a view for a table , whenever I am trying to generate a maintenance screen the screen is appearing as blank .I have tried to delete and recreate the maintenance view but that did not work , I tried to delete the view also did not work , I have also deleted the whole table and recreated it with a different name but also with no luck! any idea what should I do .

Note : When i check the table maintenance screen flow logic the code that should be generating is not being generated.

I think I figured out where the problem is , I Had a primary Key GUID which i set to be hidden , but that prevented the Screen from being generated . I belie there must be a Primary key field (other than the Clint field) for the maintenance screen to be generated .
