TABLE MAINTAINCE Problem Through SE54

Hi,

I have generated table maintaince view through se54 in ECC 6. I am able to see entries in ECC 6. When I transport the same to 4.6 I am not able to see the entries in 4.6c Please help me on this.

Hi Venkat

If we transport the objects from lower version to higher version then it works fine.

SAP support upward compatibility

ECC System is UNICODE system and 4.6 in non unicode.

Hi venkat,

since u r moving from ECC 6 to ECC 4.6 which is less advance so u r getting this problem. for this u can

create again a table maintenance generator and enter the data.

hope this will help u .

hi,

in version 4.6.

do following steps

1) go to se11.

2) give the name of table which u want to have maintenance generator.

3) go to utilities>>table maintenance genertor.

Hi venkat,

The table entries also needs to be transported in order to see it in different system.

While creating the table maintenance generator, in the frame "Dialog data transport details" use the option:

Standard recording routine.

Now, when you try to maintain sdata in that table, it'll ask for a customization request, assign the data entries to that request and transport it to the new system.
