Table Indexing Problem : (For MIRO)

Experts,

MIRO transaction was running very slow..

From Performance Analysis (SQL Trace) , i got the Tables MSEG , AGR_TCODES ,AGR_HIERT ,TPS01 ,TKA00 ,FAGL_T8A30 where the secondary Index was Absent . so i did Indexing there .

But once again what i observed from Performance Analysis , Only MSEG Table's SQL statement was running very slow as it was happening earlier . No improved in performance eventhough MSEG is Indexed .

Field Indexed in MSEG : MANDT LFBJA LFBNR LFPOS

Data from Performance analysis : (Following Statements are taking too much time)-->

SELECT WHERE "MANDT" = 'XXX' AND "LFBJA" = 2008 AND "LFBNR" = '5000010921' AND "LFPOS" = 0001 (Program: SAPLJ1I4 , Obj Name : MSEG , Op. : FETCH , Curs 74 , Array 25 , Recs 1 , RC 1403)

SELECT WHERE "MANDT" = 'XXX' AND "LFBJA" = 2008 AND "LFBNR" = '5000010922' AND "LFPOS" = 0001 (Program: SAPLJ1I4 , Obj Name : MSEG , Op. : FETCH , Curs 74 , Array 25 , Recs 1 , RC 1403)

SELECT WHERE "MANDT" = 'XXX' AND "LFBJA" = 2008 AND "LFBNR" = '5000010921' AND "LFPOS" = 0001 (Program: SAPLJ1I4 , Obj Name : MSEG , Op. : FETCH , Curs 74 , Array 25 , Recs 1 , RC 1403)

etc etc

Please suggest what else to do to Improve Performance of MIRO . Please Help

Thanks in Advance

Hi Satya,

Since you have not Implement any Custom Enhancement for MIRO,than there is no reason to stuck so long on this issue.Just look for the OSS.I'm pretty sure there would be Lots of Notes for MIRO performance.

As i searched with term MIRO performance i got 147 notes, but i'm not sure which one is relevent to your system. So please search for OSS notes.

Hello Sir

Dont u think through Indexing it will be Resolved ?? B'coz only MSEG table creating problem for me .

I think something wrong i have done in MSEG Indexing . May be wrong Fields i have selected in Indexing.

If it will not be resolved through Indexing , then finally i will go for NOTES .

Plz suggest .

Thanks for ur earlier reply
