How to get the current locked entries?

We can see it in SM12.

Whether we can get it from some table or using function module?

Just execute fm ENQUEUE_REPORT

Is not stored in any DDIC tables . Its stored in shared memory of Application server.

You can use FM ENQUEUE_READ also.
