I am searching for tables that would give me work items that are un processed. Then find the responsible person who has to take action on that un processed work item.

An emplyee has an approval task which he has not completed in his SAP inbox. I need to find this employee and the task. Please let me know which tables do I need to refer?

Hi,

You should be able to accopmlish this with t-code SWI1. On selection screen set Type = W, Status = READY, SELECTED, STARTED, ERROR and adjust Date and Time to your liking.

If you are really set on knowing the tables, start with SWWWIHEAD. Selection criteria is similar to what I described for t-code SWI1. The agent IDs will be in column WI_AAGENT only if work item has an actual agent. For work items w/o actual agent you need to join SWWWIHEAD w/ SWWORGTASK. That may not cover all situations but it should get you started.

Hi,

As per your reqirement to need to create program in which you need to fetch the status of WI from the table "SWWWIHEAD" by passing status and task id. Then using the FM "SWW_WI_CONTAINER_READ" read the workflow container to get the required details like to will get the approver name for suppose.Now send the reminder mail to him,
