Did you look at table CROSS for records with TYPE = 'F' and NAME = your FM name?

You have to cross the static attributes of class  cl_abap_compiler (e.g. tag_function) with some SAP code like include CRFORM01 to get some translation of code. (I didn't find any object with a full detailed list)
