Hi vijayalaxmi,

  If you want to know the tables used, go to transaction that displays already created documents and press f1 & then technical information. Else start TCODE:ST05 and enable SQL trace and set trace on and go to transaction that display the document. Now end and go to ST05 and stop traces and view for details.
