table for name - User ID --Simple question !

Which is the table that gives me the ID associated with the complete name of the user ? I tried for example USR02 PA0105 etc ....Iam gettign the names in hex !

You're looking for USER_ADDR.

Depending on your release as well. In newer systems all user address data is stored in the address tables ADR*. The link from BNAME to PERSNR is found in USR21.
