can anyone tell exactly in which table the MRP element data of MD04 transaction is getting stored in.

I want exact table. It is becoming difficult for this transaction.

MD04 - is agregative report which include data from different SD and MM tables. It's hard work for manual reproduction this functionality.

Try to use standard FM MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API which return full data about material requirements like MD04.
