Hi ,

CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE TABLE RELATING THE DOCUMENT NO CREATED WHEN AN INVOICE IS POSTED SUCCESFULLY.

YOU CAN SEE THIS INTHE STATUS RECORD WHEN THE MESS TYPE IS INVOIC AND SYTEM RECORDS IS 53 APPLICATION DOCUMENT POSTED

BELOW THIS YOU HAVE THE APPLICATION DOCUMENT.

CAN ANYBODY TELL ME THE TABLE WHERE I CAN FIND THE DOCUMENT NUMBER BASED ON THE IDOC NUMBER .

IS THIS THE INVOICE NUMBER.

Check the table RBKP..

Based on the document number available in the IDOC..You can find the entry in the table RBKP..

Hi Narendran,

I wanted the table from where i can get the document number based on the idoc

number

i can get the the document number based on po number from table rbkp but the problem is that ,

i can seea document number in rbkp table though my idoc has a status of 51.

all i need is the document number based on the idoc or po only if see the document number in the idoc status record

Please let me know.

Hi,

I believe you can check only in the IDOC status table..EDIDS..

Go to SE16.

Give the table EDIDS...Give the idoc number and the status number as 53..

IN the field STAPA1 or in STAPA2..You will find the invoice document number..
