Table Control Layout in Screen Variants

is it possible to make a table control variant (little blu and yellow square top right of a screen in transaction like ML81N for example) available fpr everyone? I have the administrator button but I do not manage to get to the variants.

how do I add users to have access to my variants?

found resolution: the program RSTCX_COPY_TCVARIANT copies variants from control table (in table TCVIEW) from one user to another
