On the Time Sheet: Data Entry View (CAT2) there are two table controls - one for a Worklist and the other for a Data Entry Area. in the Worklist, I am able to drag and drop columns to reposition them. In the Data Entry Area, I am not able to drag and drop. I am trying to figure out what controls this feature of a table control. I have not been able to find an attribute that controls drag and drop. How is this feature activated and/or deactivated?
Thank you for your response. I am having this issue in our development system but not our quality assurance system. I am trying to determine what is different between the two systems. Where is this Configurable attribute located?
Ohh.. This configurable property is located in the Table Control's Property and can be changed in Screen Layout Editor. So, I guess this would not be the reason for your problem.
A small pointer. Can you check the Authorization Profiles assigned to the user in the Quality Assurance System and the development system ? Just to check out if any major difference is there as you mentioned about the problem in the quality system and not in the development system.
Thank you both for your responses but I have found the solution. There is a Configuration button on the displayed table control. This brings up a table settings screen and from there you can choose Administrator. This allows you to edit system settings. One of the settings is the number of fixed columns. Manipulating this value determines the columns that can be re-positioned.
