Table control container - prevent upper case

Hi

I have an object TABLE CONTROL view and after action (press enter) small characters are converted auto to UPPER.

How to off this behavior after input?

In screen painter, double click on the columns cell in the first row, in the dialog on the "Dict" tab, click the checkbox for "Upper/Lowercase".
