T-code to create Domain & Data Element?

Hi,

I need the transaction codes to create a Domain & Data Element?

Hi,

SE11.

To create a DATA ELEMENT,

1. Go to SE11.

2. CLICK on the Radio Button DATA TYPE

3. Now Enter the name of the Data Element u want to create say ZXXXX

4. Press the Create button now.

5. A pop up comes asking for what data type u want to create,

ie Data element

Structure

Table type.

6. Now choose DATA ELEMENT and press enter.

7. Give the short Description for ur data element and specify the domain name and ACTIVATE.

8. Now ur DATA ELEMENT is created.

Here u can create all the DDIC Objects including domains and Data elements.

Data Element comes under Data type.

go to Se11..u will find six options in which third and the fourth options are the one which u r lookin .

Hi,

You can go to se11 and create domain and dataelement

there are radio buttons for that.

Data Element:

1) click on the dataelement radio button

2) write the name for ur data element ZXXXX.

3)click on create

4) three option will come

a)data element

b)structure

c)table type

5)Click on data element and proceed

6)give the short description

7)the length and type

8)save and activate

DOMAIN

1) click on the domain radio button

2)similary write a name for ur dommain starting with Z.

3)press create

4) write short description

5)length and type

6)save and exit.

Goes in T-Codes SE11

Create Domain, Data Element & Tables.

There is two method to create these Objects.

Top to Bottom

&

Bottom to Top.
