Dear Experts,

When i want to do Applicant Correspondence (ww-invitation) as an planned activity i want to maintain interview date & time

in the sap standard letter there are two fields

RFACT-PLDAT & RFACT-PLTIM to get these data into the standard letter

now my query is, to fetch the data into these fields, where i need to maintain

RFACT is a structure

any solutions will be rewarded

RFACT-PLDAT field value is interview scheduled date

some where i have to maintain this date for particular applicant. then that date data will available in the RFACT-PLDAT

this RFACT-PLDAT is already maintained in sap standard
