Try to use [LSMW|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/ad/2d54a41d7011d2b42e006094b944c8/frameset.htm], object 0001 method 0002 (program RFBISA00) to generate GL account via Batch-input (Transactions FS01, FS02, FS05 and FS06 are available)
