System Language Issue

Hi All,

I have one query please resolve............

I have copied one standard program as it is to customize program.........This program can be only run through variant..........

Now the problem is when i creates any variant and then click on on radiobutton or select option, i am getting error that "document <program name> is not available in original language EN".

I have tried to convert the language from DE to EN through tcode SE73 and also through attributes but not getting successfull.

and one more thing when i use to convert the original language of program and then i create the variant for the same, i am getting all the Selection Text in German language but if the programme language is in german then Selection text is coming in english language.....

Please let me know how to handle this.

First your have to convert your original program (ZPLM_AUDIT_REMINDER_02) language using the  program RSCHNGML.

It is coming via AT Selection Screen

This error is coming after DOCU_GET call. Please check if the inputs which you are giving. Check DOKTL table also.

Deepak, you mean to say that you have converted your program using RSCHNGML by passing the NEW ORIGINAL LANGUAGE?

If yes, did u got any status message 'The original language ... to English'? as showed in the previous post (screenshot).

Hello Deepak,

Can you maintain Dialog Text in SE61 with Name: ZPLM_AUDIT_REMINDER_02. The error is coming because, the program is not able to find Dialogue Text(object Type DT) with name ZPLM_AUDIT_REMINDER_02. You have to maintain the Dialogue Text in English.

Also one more point to add, when you are trying to copy program PLM_AUDIT_REMINDER_02, please copy it in the system with "EN" login. Then automaticall all text would be in "EN" and not in "DE".
