Hi,

I got an email from support team with few questions on system landscape. If any idea can you please tell me how we can find the following information at SAP GUI level?

System landscape:

- Is it a Integrated or a external installation ?

- What is your current system status(kernel basis)

- Is it a single or a dual host installation ?

- Which operating system is the ITS running on?

Thanks in advance

Regards

Srinivas

One thought might be whether it is housed within your company vs outsourced through a third-party provider. Why don't you ask the support group to carify?

That's what I mean. Ask the support group to clarify the question if you're not sure.

As for ITS, I haven't worked with it enough to know the difference. Sorry.
