System Error

Hi All,

From one of my screen I am getting a short dump unexpectedly. Although the functionality is working fine but now and then it is producing a short dump with the system error called cntl_error. This error is coming from a function module called AC_FLUSH_CALL.(method call error).

Cna anyone give me the solution that how I could resolve it...?

Please check what are u passing in FM.

Some times it behaves Differently , even me too faced the similar problems . when i encounter this , i restart my system or close.shutdown my sap frontend and log in again. still some times problem occurs.

install latesh patches to SAP GUI and check.

Hi Moni Bindal ,

Almost all CNTL_ERRORs are an indication of a problem with the gui. Check for notes. Or, try reinstalling your gui.

Ensure that GUI's latest patch updation is done.

it happens with many FM when you try to excute it ..there will be short dump...no code error or nothing sometimes it will be solved just after restart system and sometime not..it is because of patch problem uninstall.

Yes all of you are OK. But patch is latest, in spite of this it is producing the dump.. Then in that case what should I can do?
