Hello Experts!
I need to save data from the file(SWIFT MT940) into DB table.
How can I do it?

Hi,
You can use different methods to do that. If that file is on Application server than Use OPEN DATASET method to read the file and store data in the internal table.
If the file is on the presentation server than use GUI_UPLOAD
method to read the file.
Update the Entries in the Internal table to the Database Table.
Hop this will help.

Hi,
If your file is on presentation server use FM GUI_UPLOAD and read the same into internal table.
If the file is present on application server use dataset statements like OPEN/READ/TRANSFER dataset statements.
Hope that should of some help!!!

If you want to save it as received, see the previous answers. If you want to use a standard solution, it is in the cash management module. The solution is called EBS (Electronic Bank Statement). Using this solution, the data will be stored in various tables (FEBKO, FEBEP, FEBRE ...). The transaction for importing the data is FF.5, program RFEBKA00, value I or S for the format parameter.
But it needs a lot of customizing, tests and probably user exits.

Hello Andrejs,
If I am not worng, you have received a Bank Statement.
The SWIFT MT940 format is the only dialect of SWIFT formats accepted by SAP.
Please use the program RFEBKA00 to import the Bank Statements into SAP Database.
However, please go through the below link to get an insight into Electronic Account Statement.
