Supress warning message in Session background process

Hi All,

I am facing a problem while executing a session in background process. The OK_CODE will disappear while the warning message appears in the status bar and the session will error out.

Pl. help me in suppressing the warning message and continue the next screens to post the document succsessfully. The TCode I am working is 'C201'.

Are you sure the error is due to the warning messages?

By default all the warnings are suppressed irrespective of the number of warnings.

You must be encountering a error not a warning

when u create the recepe i don think there is any warning message come.. check ur giving data properly or not.

Hi,

Thanks all for the rapid solutions..

I think the message it shows like a CAUTION means when we enter the new alternative BOM then it calls a new program to create the Alternative BOM. But my requirement is I need to skip that process.

If I enter into that screen it gives a message in the status bar sayinb 'Alternative BOM added to the material' and the information in F1 says Preszs Enter to create or Back to quit.

But the OK_COde is disappear while the message shows in the status bar. if I can have the Ok-COde visible even it shows the message then my problem is solved.

Pl. help me

Hi,

You need to insert the code relevant to ok_code for enter to skip the warning message,

Hi prakash,

1. While we run the session in foreground,

WARNING message will come on screen,

and then we have to press ENTER,

to proceed further.

2. But when this same session, run in background,

it does not get PAUSED,

bcos of WARNING message.

(it gets paused only due to ERROR Message, and not for Warning/Info message)

3. So not to worry about the warning messages, in background.

HI,

Warnings automatically Supressed. That means that is not warning , it is error only.Try to check it properly.

check the call Transaction in mode 'E' then you can see it is <b>error</b> or <b>warning</b>.
