Support package

Hello.

We often encounter control errors.

So I serach notes, and found one.

According to it, support package will solve our problem.

My question is that "appling SP" is "updating GUI patch level"? ?

We don't want to update GUI patch level because it is not easy to do.

The SAP note forces us do so?!

Hi,

Support Package (SP) is a totally different thing from GUI Patch (GP), SP is a collection of notes which are required to keep your system version latest.

Consult with your Basis Guy and he would be knowing everything about SP and GP.
