SUIM

1)we have reset password for a particular user and gave him the new 1....user had changed the password...but later when v checked again in Su01 it showed that user is deleted.we checked in SUIM for the detail....but SUIM shows the last info as we hve changed d password n not the user id who had deleted that user.

How can we find this info and y SUIM is not showing the detail info???

CASE2

2)Reseted password for different user...and now whn v checked the user got deleted and whn v checked in SUIM..we found that...we have reseted password after user got deleted.

How can we get these missing info from SUIM?

Hi,

I am not aware how you are using SUIM, but I think if you go to Change Documents under SUIM --> For Users then select the user -- >date range --> select the requisite check boxes under Selection Criteria for Changed Authorization & Selection Criteria for Changed Header Data, you can find the detailed changes for the concerned user.

Its impossible that if the user has been deletd and you change the passord as it will give a pop up that user doesnt exist .

Go to SUIM -> change documents -> enter the name of the user , update the date information and then execute .

when we changed d password...user was existing...but it is not showing in SUIM... but now its deleted and that too it is not updated in SUIM.

Hi Sandhya,

First my query is that, Either UserID is totally deleted from user OR Put into DELETE Usergroup?

Secondly , Please check from SUIM transcation the change documents

Change Documents under SUIM -> Select the user ->Date Range --> Required Selection Criteria for Changed Authorization & Selection Criteria for Changed Header Data,

You can find the detailed changes for the User .

Please Note: Be cautious about the selection criteria in SUIM like date , time .

If user is this : CCFRR then as per change documents , you showed user CCFRR deletd

on (29.08.2006 10:56:37) & May be after 29.08.2006 you have system refresh .Due to system refresh

Some change documents are missing .I also observed there is no change history of User CCFRR that

After Deleting on 29.08.2006, when it was created ?

(CCFRR 29.08.2006 10:56:37 EYJWJ User deleted)

Secondly , Another reason may be table mismatch of change history in SAP .

Please let me know, if any query .
